Before the trip
Checked documents
ID, licence, registration, insurance, vehicle photo and selfie: our team checks everything before the first trip.
Selfie checks
At unpredictable times, drivers take a selfie that is compared with their approved photo. A different face takes them offline until our team decides.
You know who’s coming
Name, photo, model, colour and plate appear as soon as the driver accepts.
Wrong vehicle?
If the car doesn’t match, cancel for free before getting in, and our team is alerted.
During the trip
Safety code
The trip only starts with the code you give the driver.
Trusted contacts
Up to three loved ones get a live tracking link by SMS: on every trip, only at night, or when you ask.
“Are you OK?”
Unusually long stop or moving away from your destination: the app asks you. “No” or no answer, and our team is alerted, along with your loved ones.
SOS button
One press alerts our team and your trusted contacts with your location.
Hidden numbers
Messages and calls go through the app: neither you nor the driver sees the other’s number.
Audio recording
When the option is on, rider or driver can record the trip; it also starts after an SOS. The other person is told.
After the trip
Two-way ratings
Riders and drivers rate each other, so problem behaviour gets spotted.
Discreet reports
A “Safety” report is handled first and is never shown to the driver.
Help in the app
A forgotten item, a price question, an incident: write to customer service from your trip history.
Audio recordings, with full transparency
- Each chunk is encrypted before it is stored in a private space.
- Nobody can play them back in the apps.
- Our team only listens to a recording linked to an incident (SOS, alert, complaint), with a stated reason, and every listen is logged.
- Without an incident, the recording is deleted automatically after a few days.
In immediate danger
Call the emergency services first: police 117, fire brigade 118. Then use the SOS button to alert our team and your loved ones.
