Yaoundé Nsimalen International Airport (codes NSI and FKYS) is 27 km south of the city, according to the Cameroon Civil Aviation Authority. It is run by Aéroports du Cameroun (ADC).
Why book in advance
On a trip this long, looking for a car at the last moment wastes precious time. Book the day before or a few hours ahead: the price is fixed when you book, a driver is assigned beforehand and you are promised an arrival time. If they are later than the margin, you automatically get a credit.

Being met at Nsimalen
For a relative who is landing, book a pickup with the flight number: the driver waits with a sign bearing their name. Flight delayed? Move the time; the price stays the same.
